NBCF is the only privately funded organization in Nevada whose goal is to provide blind children with services they need to be successful in life! As a non-profit organization we depend on private donations to sustain our important programs. Our organization is funded by corporations, foundations and individual donors like you. NBCF is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (C) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. If you have any questions about donating to NBCF, please contact us.
D-Scriptive
NBCF and The Smith Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the installation of state-of-the-art technology to provide dramatically enhanced accessibility opportunities for our patrons. Specifically, the “D-Scriptive” system discretely delivers descriptive audio to patrons with visual disabilities so that they may enjoy the action taking place on stage, even if they are unable to see it.
